Lots of food at the amazing breakfast. Very amiable staff at reception desk, a nice size and well-equipped rooms. Good dishes, central location by everything like emergency service vehicles as well delivery drivers on mopeds at 3 o'clock beeping.

The room we had included central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel television. It was in a great and perfect location walk from a metro station.

The hotel is fantastic, with panoramic views, magnificent location close to two tube stations within 10 minutes walk. The rooms are new-fashioned and airy, have hypoallergenic pillows. Nice touch to have a laptop-size safe, a mini-bar and central heating.

The air conditioning in my room struggled to keep up. Despite being moved to a different room, the air conditioning remained an issue, and without adequate cooling, it felt uncomfortable. The sky bar, while having great potential, was overly crowded and smaller than anticipated, limiting the enjoyment of the views. The noise from the nearby hospital, particularly ambulance sirens, was distracting when attempting to get a good night's sleep.
